LifeCafe located at the Shops at The Bravern is an oasis for health enthusiasts like myself. The menu isn't large, but the food is packed with flavor! One thing worth highlighting is the fast service. With how delicious the meals are, I'm thoroughly surprised by how quickly the food is prepared! I come here many times for my lunch break and my usual go to is the California Chicken Sandwich. It's definitely a must-try. Lately, I've been enjoying their new item, the LifeCafe burger, which is limited so I suggest you get this while you have the chance. You also have the option to add an egg, bacon, and/or cheese! The cheese being either American, Swiss or Provolone. Most burgers I have tried tend to fall apart when I take the first bite, but this one never does. I don't know how they do it. I'm extremely happy about the experience. The cafe's commitment to using organic and locally sourced ingredients truly shines through in every dish. Additionally, the ambiance is every fitness enthusiast's dream where you're surrounded by protein snacks, energy drinks, some supplements and much more. This cafe may be on the pricier end.. maybe a bit too much for some. I'd dine here everyday if I could. Nevertheless, the food is worth it! Oh yeah, although this place is located within Lifetime Fitness, believe it or not, you don't even need a gym membership to dine here. Overall, LifeCafe exceeds expectations in quality, taste, and personally, ambiance. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or simply looking for a nutritious meal, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Small selection, but the smoothies are good and healthy. Sandwiches are yum too. You have to head into the gym to find it.

Good post workout cafe -- don't expect a full on restaurant. This cafe is associate with the Lifetime gym at the end of the hall -- the peanut butter and banana protein shake was solid! It's a bit pricey for what it is, but lifetime tends to attract an affluent crowd so it's what it is. Staff is friendly and the cafe is very clean.

This cafe is the place to go to after or before you workout at lifetime athletic! They are selling great variety of pre-workout beverage and protein smoothie! Their salad and food selection selection is pretty good and I always get emerald green smoothie (it is not on menu anymore) with protein after my workout or when I wanna skip dinner for detox! This cafe is open for public and you can enter without membership from lifetime athletic!

Visited Bellevue for a business trip and made this my daily breakfast place. It is in a crazy fancy mall (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes) inside the similarly named gym. I love that the online menu (but not in store) lists the nutritional information like protein and fiber on every item. Acai Bowl - 4/5. Good combination with the bananas, acai base, granola crunch. Power Breakfast Bowl (beyond burger substitute) - 4/5. Fun to try the beyond burger and overall the flavors are solid and work together well. Lots of nutrition bars along the walls.

FYI you don't need to be a member of the gym to eat here. It's located at the front entrance before the check-in desk. If you're coming from the purple elevators, it'll be to your right where the green succulent walls are. What I love about Life Cafe is that you know the food that it's convenient, tasty, and healthy: meaning real ingredients, non-processed, freshly made, just like a home-cooked meal. All nutritional info for all items, such as macros, can be found on the Life Time app. You can also use this app to order ahead and pick it up at a specified time - great for when you're on the run! They also sell pre-workout and BCAA packets (I especially like the clean energy or lifetime brand ones because the taste is light), so if you forget yours you can grab one real quick before your gym session. And if you're really on the go, they have to-go meals including breakfast hash, salmon, chicken, and Asian tuna salad. They are happy to microwave it for you if you want it warm. I like to come here to study sometimes before work. There are lots of places to sit and different types of table arrangements. My favorite thing to get right now is the egg white breakfast sandwich (only $5) and if you order breakfast, you can get a 16oz refillable drip coffee for $1. That is major deals! The egg white breakfast sandwich keeps me full until lunch, and if I add avocado I stay fuller longer. Mmm healthy fats! Currently the sauce for it is mustard which I can tolerate, but most of the time I switch out for Pesto. I also always add sriracha (they have a Tabasco brand one in the cafe that is sweeter than your typical Rooster sauce, but still has a lil kick to it). Some of my other favorite items to get here are the Turkey Burger (yummy sauce and moist patty), Chicken Gyro bowl with extra tzatziki sauce (tasty for being really healthy, and protein packed), Emerald Energy Shake with an extra scoop of vanilla collagen protein, almond butter shake, and to-go Asian salad.

If you're looking to eat something healthy, this is the place to go! Everything on the menu is clean and makes you feel good about what you're eating. Also the ambience is very nice and the staff is super friendly and professional. My friend and I had the gyro bowl and the power breakfast bowl. Both were really good. My recommendation is to add some hot sauce to the power breakfast bowl for extra flavor. The have hot sauce by the straw stand. They were also kind as to let us modify our smoothie and split into two cups because we wanted to share. Excellent place, I'll be back again for sure!

Asian tuna wrap! Two thumbs up! Please add this to the regular menu. Also, love love LOVE (did I say love) the hibiscus iced tea. Please keep it on the menu.
